Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in supporting agency leaders in the sourcing, selection, and onboarding of suitable financial consultants. This role is also responsible for planning and executing recruitment-related initiatives such as in-house open house events and our monthly bootcamp sessions. The ideal candidate will be both operationally efficient and strategically driven, contributing to the agency’s recruitment success and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing
& Acquisition

  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract suitable financial consultant candidates.

  • Source, screen, and evaluate resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates.

  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate follow-ups with agency leaders.

  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

  • Maintain up-to-date records of recruitment activity and internal HR documentation.

Recruitment Events
& Engagement

  • ​Plan, organize, and execute recruitment-related events such as in-house open house sessions and monthly bootcamps.

  • Coordinate logistics, registration, and post-event follow-ups to ensure high attendee engagement.

  • Collaborate with marketing and agency leaders to promote events and drive attendance.

  • Continuously review event performance and implement improvements to enhance outreach and conversion.

Talent Welfare
& Retention Support

  • Assist in developing and executing ongoing welfare initiatives to improve consultant well-being and retention.

  • Support internal culture-building efforts such as birthday celebrations, team bonding, care packs, or appreciation gestures.

  • Maintain regular feedback channels to gather insights on consultant satisfaction and recommend areas for improvement.

  • Contribute to creating a positive and supportive work environment in alignment with agency values.

Requirements

Mandatory:
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline.

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

  • Strong ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to adapt quickly.

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred (Bonus):
  • Prior experience in event planning or managing recruitment campaigns.

  • Familiarity with hiring for sales or financial services roles.

  • Knowledge of HR systems or tools for documentation and process tracking.
