Overview
The Marketing Assistant will support the Events and Marketing Executive in executing marketing initiatives and campaigns that enhance the agency’s brand presence. This role offers foundational exposure to digital marketing, campaign planning, and content creation, while also providing insights into the financial services industry. It's ideal for individuals who are creative, digitally savvy, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities

Content Curation

Propose and design cover pages, content line-ups, and layouts for newsletters and social media posts.

Assist in writing strategic and engaging content, with the support of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini.

Develop and present content strategies aligned with branding and marketing goals.

Stay up-to-date with trends to enhance storytelling and platform relevance.

Campaign Planning
& Execution

Assist in scheduling and publishing content across social platforms using Google Calendar and other tools.

Support execution of marketing campaigns, including monitoring timelines and deliverables.

Provide weekly updates and administrative support to ensure marketing operations run smoothly.

Contribute to ad-hoc office projects or campaign needs when required.

Events Media
Management

Create visually appealing digital media and event posters for internal and external events.

Support the media and visual aspects of event promotion across social platforms.

Assist in post-event media curation (recaps, highlight reels, content snippets, etc.).

Collaborate with the Events Executive to ensure brand consistency across all visuals.
Requirements
Mandatory:

Minimum Diploma in a Design, Marketing, or Media-related field (other qualifications may be considered with relevant experience).

Proficiency in Canva and a good eye for design.

Familiarity with major social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

A self-driven, detail-oriented team player with a strong willingness to learn and contribute.
Preferred (Bonus):

Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Lightroom.

Experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini) for content ideation and copywriting.

Interest in the financial industry or personal finance content creation.
