My role as a DKO's Support:

As General Manager of DKO, I focus on supporting the people and systems that keep the agency moving forward. I works closely with the team across recruitment, marketing, training, and operations - making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes, so consultants can focus on what they do best: helping clients. Whether it’s mentoring leaders, improving processes, or planning team initiatives, I bring structure, creativity, and heart to her role. My goal? To create a culture where everyone feels supported to grow with purpose and do meaningful work they’re proud of.
