I started my journey in DKO as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, supporting the agency’s growth through recruitment, social media content and administrative operations. Over time, my role expanded to include strategic planning and event support, allowing me to work closely with our leaders and consultants. Being part of a dynamic team that values people and progress has given me the chance to grow alongside those I support - helping build not just a business, but a strong, united community.
